Welcome to the Riviera Homes Affiliate Partner Program. By accessing or using our website and joining our program, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
These Terms set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors and our Affiliate Partners while they engage with partner.therivierahomes.com.
1. Eligibility & Membership
To be eligible as a Riviera Homes Affiliate Partner, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into a binding agreement.
Professionalism: We seek partners who are committed to long-term career goals and align with the Riviera Homes culture of "Continuous Learning."
Accountability: Members are treated as independent business partners, not employees. You are responsible for your own activities and professional development.
2. Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct
Riviera Homes operates with a high standard of integrity. By joining this program, you agree to:
Ethical Standards: Adhere to the international standards of real estate practice (inspired by NAR and Global Real Estate Ethics).
Brand Voice: Represent the Riviera brand with transparency and honesty.
Prohibited Conduct: Any misleading advertising, unethical competition, or behavior that harms the reputation of Riviera Homes is grounds for immediate termination of the partnership.
3. Partnership Offering & Program Changes
Riviera Homes provides a platform for training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
4. Commissions & Performance
Performance Coaching: We track individual growth rather than just comparing numbers. However, commission structures are defined in the "Members Area" and are based on successful conversions and specific service quality metrics.
Payment Terms: Detailed commission payment schedules and methods are available within the secure Partner Dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, training materials (North American Brokerage model-inspired documents), logos, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of Riviera Homes.
Partners are granted a limited license to use brand assets for marketing purposes as long as they remain active members of the program.
6. Termination of Partnership
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or ethical standards.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riviera Homes assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, interpreted under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Türkiye / Antalya, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
